You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality. The item must be in its original condition, and packaging must be accepted.

Warm Tips: We do not accept returns for oversized or huge items due to buyer’s remorse or for reasons other than quality issues.

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:
- Shipping charge for orders under $100
- Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)
Please Note: If you find massive damage to your product when you receive it, please contact us immediately to seek a replacement. If it takes more than 5 business days after delivery and no shipping insurance is purchased, we will no longer provide a free replacement for the entire set.
We are proud to offer a 3-year limited warranty on our Shower System, ensuring your purchase is protected against defects in materials and craftsmanship. This warranty covers the product for a period of 3 years from the date of purchase, under normal usage conditions.
What is Covered:
- Defects in materials or workmanship that occur during regular residential use.
- The shower system’s mechanical and functional components, including the thermostatic valve, showerhead, hand shower, and associated fittings.
- Free repairs or replacement of defective parts, as determined by our quality control team.
What is Not Covered:
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
- Wear and tear due to normal use or exposure to hard water, corrosion, or mineral buildup.
- Any damages caused by accidents, fires, floods, or other external factors.
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs made by individuals not authorized by our customer service team.
