Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel like every item perfectly matches your home. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll help you get it sorted and have you on your way.

You can return most items for a refund or store credit within 15 days of delivery. All shipping costs (including shipping and returns) are to be borne by the customer, you, except for faulty product quality. The item must be in its original condition, and packaging must be accepted.

To start a return, please visit our “Contact Us” page or email services@rosanashop.com to get the shipping address before returning your product.

Warm Tips: We do not accept returns for oversized or huge items due to buyer’s remorse or for reasons other than quality issues.

The return shipping cost will be shared with the customer if a return is essential. We strongly recommend that customers carefully review the product dimensions and related information on the product page before placing an order to avoid any issues.

There are a few items that can’t be returned:

  • Clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Personalized items
  • Items you have already assembled
  • Items marked “Non-Returnable” on the sale page
  • Open Box Items

Any outbound shipping charges collected on the order will not be refunded. This includes:

  • Shipping charge for orders under $100
  • Upgraded shipping charges (expedited, express, room of choice, etc.)

However, if your item is damaged or defective, these exceptions do not apply. In this case, we’ll take care of it and work with you to find the best solution.

If you receive the wrong item or it arrives damaged, do not unpack or install it. Please contact us so we can arrange for a replacement. Once you have installed the item, it cannot be returned.

Please Note: If you find massive damage to your product when you receive it, please contact us immediately to seek a replacement. If it takes more than 5 business days after delivery and no shipping insurance is purchased, we will no longer provide a free replacement for the entire set.

So when you receive the package, please double-check the following when it arrives:

  • Scan the box for damage.
  • Make sure the product name and model number match your order confirmation.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@rosanashop.com and send your item to us.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to our warehouse in California.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
