1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship exclusively within the United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam, FPO, APO, and PO Box addresses).
We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).
Orders placed after 12 PM PST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates
Once your order leaves our warehouse, the estimated transit time is 5 business days via standard shipping. Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and carrier delays.
- Total estimated delivery window: 7–10 business days from the order date.
Note: Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) determine final delivery timelines. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Free Shipping
All orders qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S., with no minimum purchase required
5. Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier and service level are selected at our discretion to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery.
6. Tracking Information
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Use this to monitor your package’s status on the carrier’s website.
7. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, carrier failure, or refusal by the recipient, we will contact you to resolve the issue. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
8. Address Accuracy
Double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
While rare, if your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Lost packages: Contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date for an investigation.
- Damaged items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll resolve the issue promptly via replacement or refund.
10. Holidays & Delays
Processing and delivery times may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier delays). We will notify customers proactively if significant delays occur.
